the regular SGMA Show & Tell breakfast at Spring York, which did not happen
in 2020 due to the pandemic. The agenda was a bit fluid, but we got to see and
discuss a lot of great trains.

June 2021
June was the first of the “long meetings”, where we end up going
3 hours or more. This is partly due to being cooped up for a year, but also
speaks to members getting more and more comfortable participating in online
meetings. At this meeting we got updates from Dave Carse on his future MESG
book based on his research and that of Arno Baars. We heard from Kirk Lindvig
of USA Track and got to see another nice video from Ash Rajan. Norm Beaver talked
about his custom Pennsy
T1 steam loco, and Steve Simon displayed some unique items and talked about
a conversion he hopes to do. As always, we had additional show & tell, and
much open discussion from members before and after the main agenda. The meeting
is recorded in 3 segments to help improve the sub-titles, and to make the content
easier to consume.
